Alice Cooper, KISS and Motley Crue’s Vince Neil to Play Brennan Rock & Roll Academy Benefit
A collection of rockers have signed on to perform at an upcoming benefit concert for the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy
Alice Cooper, KISS and Motley Crue’s Vince Neil have signed on to perform Dec. 5 at a special benefit event at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The concert, which will feature a long list of rock performers, will benefit the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy, an organization in Sioux Falls, S.D., that provides music education programs to underprivileged local youth.
In addition to Alice Cooper, KISS and Neil, the lineup also includes Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider, Cinderella’s Tom Keifer, Rob Zombie, Ratt’s Stephen Pearcy, Night Ranger’s Jack Blades, Winger’s Kip Winger and more. This won’t be a typical concert, either. The show will feature the rockers performing songs accompanied by ‘80s and ‘90s cover band Hairball. The event will also feature a silent auction.
The Brennan Rock & Roll Academy offers free music lessons to those that may not be able to get them. “We help keep children off the streets, away from drugs, and in a positive environment that will benefit them for the rest of their lives,” the organization said in a statement. “We will have one band and many singers performing; no timeout to reset the stage, just continuous rock from one rock legend to the next.”
