Bush Reissuing Early Albums
Gavin Rossdale’s ’90s alternative rock band Bush are reissuing their early albums this October
Bush are coming up on the release of a brand-new album — “Man on the Run,” which is due out Oct. 21 — but that’s not the only new offering they have planned. The Gavin Rossdale-fronted rockers will get their first three albums plus their 1997 remix set “Deconstructed” reissued on Oct. 14 via Round Hill Records and Sony’s RED Distribution.
Those initial albums were blockbusters for Bush, including 1994’s Sixteen Stone, 1996’s “Razorblade Suitcase” and 1999’s “The Science of Things.”
All of the songs — including chart-toppers such as “Comedown,” “Glycerine” and “Machinehead” — are remastered by Howie Weinberg. Rossdale, Jonnie Davis and Josh Gruss are the executive producers for the release.
And other Bush news, the band will perform an acoustic charity concert tonight at the William Hill Estate Vineyard in Napa, Calif., to benefit VH1’s Save the Music, and organization that helps public schools raise money for music programs.
