The 15th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival is set for this fall, and the folks behind the annual music festival have unveiled their list of 2016 performers. It’s got some big names.
Radiohead, Mumford & Sons and Kendrick Lamar head up the lineup. Other major acts include LCD Soundsystem, who just performed their big reunion shows at Coachella in California, as well as Willie Nelson, Chris Stapleton, HAIM, LL Cool J, City and Colour, Band of Horses, Cold War Kids, Local Natives, Foals, Young the Giant, Two Door Cinema Club, M83, Cage the Elephant, Kygo, Major Lazer and more. This will mark Radiohead and Mumford & Sons’ first time playing the festival. In total, more than 130 bands will perform on the festival’s eight stages.
Austin City Limits will happen for two weekends, from Sept. 30 through Oct. 2 and Oct. 7 through 9 at Austin’s Zilker Park.
Festival organizers also say they have added more water stations, additional concessions and new shopping options, as well as a family entrance and shaded “Austin Kiddie Limits” location.
