The Scorpions and Megadeth are teaming for a fall North American 2017 tour

Here’s a just-announced tour that features two mainstays of the hard rock and metal genres. The Scorpions and Megadeth will embark on a massive 2017 tour this fall, dubbed The Crazy World 2017 tour. The run will kick off Sept. 14 in Reading, Pennsylvania, and continue through a mid-October gig.

More dates are expected to be added soon. Find the list of current tour dates below.

As the title indicates, the tour celebrates the Scorpions’ 1991 album, “Crazy World.”

“When our album ‘Crazy World’ was released back in ’91, right at the end of the cold war, we toured around a world that was pretty crazy back then, but there was so much hope in the air for a more peaceful future,” Scorpions frontman Klaus Meine said in a statement. “Now 26 years later, things are getting more crazy every other day.”

Meine added, “After all these years, ‘Crazy World’ is still a good motto for our upcoming world tour. We are very much looking forward to seeing all of you out there.”
