Billy Corgan will hit the road in early November for a short North American solo tour

The Smashing Pumpkins had a big 2019, as they toured the U.S. in honor of their 30th anniversary, playing classic Pumpkins songs as well as new ones off their latest album, “Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun.” Now, Billy Corgan is ready to hit the road on his own.

Corgan took to Twitter to announce that he will head out on a short solo tour in November. He’ll be performing in “select U.S. cities” and performing songs from his full catalog, encompassing songs from the Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan and his solo material.

Corgan’s tour will kick off Nov. 4 with three back-to-back shows in Los Angeles and run through another trio of dates, Nov. 18, 19 and 20, in New York City. Tickets for all of the dates are on sale now via WPCcodex.com.

In other news, Corgan is involved with Third Eye Blind’s new album, “Screamer,” which will arrive on Oct. 18. Third Eye Blind refers to him as the album’s “musical consigliere.”
