Sammy Hagar and the Circle, Whitesnake and Night Ranger Announce 2020 Tour
Sammy Hagar and his band the Circle will embark on a 30-date summer tour with Whitesnake and Night Ranger
Sammy Hagar and his band the Circle will join forces with Whitesnake and special guests Night Ranger for a summer tour taking the guys through 30 cities. The trek will set off July 9 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and run through a Sept. 20 show in Chula Vista, California.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m. local time Friday (Jan. 31) via LiveNation.com. For more information, head to RedRocker.com.
Hagar’s band the Circle brings together Hagar’s ex-Van Halen cohort Michael Anthony on bass, late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham’s son, Jason, on drums and guitarist Vic Johnson. Whitesnake’s current lineup features longtime frontman David Coverdale, along with talented musicians Joel Hoekstra and Reb Beach.
“I love some friendly competition on stage and that’s exactly what this is going to be,” Hagar said in a statement. “David and I have nothing but the highest respect for one another, but we would also like to blow the other guy off the stage! Add in Night Ranger and the fans will have one hell of a night of music.”
