Rage Against the Machine to Embark on World Tour
Rage Against the Machine is back with a 40-date reunion tour featuring support from Run the Jewels
Earlier this year, Rage Against the Machine announced a handful of festival shows, which was big news for a band that hasn’t performed together since 2011. Now, the reunited rage has announced a full-fledged 2020 tour.
The world tour will kick off with the rap-rock band’s previously announced March 26 date in El Paso, Texas, and run through a Sept. 10 date in Poland. The U.S. portion of the tour will run through major cities such as Detroit, Chicago, Boston, Portland and more before wrapping up with a two-night appearance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on August 10 and 11.
View the schedule of tour dates — which will bring support from Zack de la Rocha collaborators Run the Jewels — below. Tickets will go on sale starting at 11 a.m. local time this Thursday (Feb. 13), and for ticket information, head to RATM.com.
“Through ticketing, volunteering and band donations, Rage Against the Machine will be working with multiple charities and activist organizations throughout the tour,” the band said in a statement. “In addition, 100% of all proceeds from El Paso, Las Cruces and Phoenix will go to immigrant rights organizations.”
