Foo Fighters, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, KISS and More Set for Sonic Temple Festival 2023
The full 2023 lineup for Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival is here
The Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival has announced its four-day 2023 lineup, and the bill features headliners Foo Fighters, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, and KISS. The rock and metal music event is set for May 25 through 28 at the Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
Sonic Temple is basically the new version of the longstanding Rock on the Range festival. Sonic Temple debuted in 2019 but didn’t take place the next three years off due to the pandemic. Now, the event is back in full force.
Passes for the 2023 Sonic Temple edition go on sale to the general public Friday (Jan. 13) at noon ET via the Sonic Temple website. However, those who subscribe to the Sonic Temple newsletter before 10 p.m. ET on Tuesday (Jan. 10) will be eligible for a pre-sale that starts Wednesday (Jan. 11) at 10 a.m. ET.
Tool will heading the opening day of the event, on Thursday, May 25. Others booked for that day include Godsmack, Beartooth, Bullet For My Valentine, Pennywise, Bad Omens, Suicidal Tendencies, Fever 333, Anti-Flag, Ho99o9, The Warning, Oxymorrons, Angel Du$t, Bloodywood, Bastardane, OTTTO and more. Avenged Sevenfold will headline Friday, with additional performances from Queens of the Stone Age, Chevelle, I Prevail, Knocked Loose, Sleeping With Sirens, Badflower, Dorothy, Converge, Born of Osiris, Band-Maid, Vended and more.
Heading into the weekend, KISS will headline the show on Saturday. Other artists set to perform are Rob Zombie, Falling in Reverse, Puscifer, Trivium, Black Veil Brides, Rival Sons, Avatar, Senses Fail, From Ashes To New, Giovannie & The Hired Guns, Brutus and others. Finally, Foo Fighters will wrap up the event Sunday, with support from Deftones, Sublime with Rome, Jawbreaker, The Pretty Reckless, Awolnation, Nothing More, Grandson, White Reaper, Filter, Ayron Jones, The Bronx, Nova Twins and more.
