Imagine Dragons, Foo Fighters, U2 Among Pollstar Awards Nominees

This year’s Pollstar Awards nominees include a bevy of rock acts, from Foo Fighters to U2

The 30th annual Pollstar Awards will take place early next year, and this year’s round of nominees include Imagine Dragons, Metallica, U2, Foo Fighters and a bevy of other rockers.

All four acts are up for the Best Rock Tour award, along with Panic! at the Disco, the Eagles and the co-headlining Def Leppard/Journey tour. U2 is the only rock act also nominated for the overall Major Tour of the Year award.

Rock acts get more nods in the Best Support/Special Guest, with the Struts being up for the honors for supporting Foo Fighters on tour, and Best New Headliner, where Greta Van Fleet and Billie Eilish are nominated.

The Pollstar Awards ceremony will take place on Feb. 12 in Los Angeles. Nominees will be voted on by a panel of more than 2,000 live entertainment professionals.
