Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have released their original soundtrack to Netflix’s “Bird Box”

Here’s a New Years surprise: Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have unleashed their much-anticipated original soundtrack to the popular Netflix horror film, “Bird Box.”

The collection of songs — a 10-track, 66-minute “abridged” edition of the score — is being offered now for digital download through NIN.com. Fans will also be able to find it via streaming services by January 25. For those who want to get their ears on the full score, a more encompassing, physical edition of the soundtrack will be available in stores in the spring.

“Like all soundtrack records we release, we aim for these to play like albums that take you on a journey and can exist as companion pieces to the films AND as their own separate works,” the duo said in a statement.

Nine Inch Nails recently wrapped up the their 2018 Cold and Black and Infinite tour to promote their latest studio album, “Bad Witch.” So, what should fans expect in 2019? According to Reznor, there will be “lots coming,” including his and Ross’ score to the new HBO “Watchmen” series.

Looking Forwards and Backwards
