Third Day Stoked for ‘Make Your Move’ with Tenth Avenue North
Third Day says Tenth Avenue North are ‘really solid’ rockers
Things couldn’t get much bigger for the guys of Third Day. Nearly two decades after getting together in a Marietta, Ga., basement, Third Day count heaps of Grammy and Dove awards, not to mention 20-plus No. 1 hits. This fall, the band hits the road with Tenth Avenue North and Trevor Morgan for the second leg of the “Make Your Move Tour.” The tour ran last spring, and due to the success, the band decided to keep it rolling.
Skinsman David Carr is more than pumped. “I’m excited to be out with Tenth and Trevor, and I think that after every tour, we feel like it’s out best yet,” he told Audio Ink Radio, referring to the band’s spring “Make Your Move” tour. “We really do feel like ‘Make Your Move’ was one of the best tours we’ve ever been on. With this one, it felt like we should keep it going.
“I can’t say enough about Tenth Avenue North. They’re really solid. They mean what they say, and there’s a genuineness of who they are, plus their music is awesome.”
The ‘Make Your Move Tour’ will cover 40 cities nationwide. It kicks off Sept. 17 in Houston, Texas, and closes out Dec. 2 in Raleigh, N.C. Find tour dates, below.
