Times of Grace Singer: ‘Live in Love’ is About ‘Compassion and Hope’
Times of Grace’s new video supports the ‘Rise Above Foundation’
Times of Grace started as the metal-core side project of hyperactive Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, but now the band is fully fleshed-out, signed to Roadrunner Records and a real player in the metal game.
The guys have released their new music video for the song, “Live in Love,” and the video supports the “Rise Above Foundation,” a non-profit organization that benefits foster children living in Massachusetts. The moving video depicts the band — including Dutkiewicz and former Killswitch Engage singer Jesse Leach — walking through the streets of Massachusetts, performing the song, mixed with footage of people in need of hope.
Leach is proud of the uniqueness of the video: “I am excited for this video to come out. I feel like we did a different approach to the typical performance video,” he said, in a release. “… I feel strongly about the message of compassion and love. I hope we are able to help change a child’s life through WeRiseAbove.org, or at the very least inspire others to reach outside themselves and make a difference.”
“Live in Love” comes off Times of Grace’s debut LP, The Hymn of a Broken Man, which dropped in January. (Photo via Facebook.)
