Nikki Sixx Gives Update on Sixx: A.M.’s ‘Very Unique’ New Album
Nikki Sixx says Sixx: A.M.’s upcoming album is coming along well
Nikki Sixx promises that new music from his band Sixx: A.M. isn’t far away. In a new post on his official Facebook page, Sixx gives an update about the band’s upcoming studio album, and he says to expect a “very unique” set of songs.
“James has been with DJ in Vegas recording guitars on the new Sixx: A.M. album,” he wrote. “We have a little ways to go to finish off the whole album but were zeroing in on what the first single will be. It’s not gonna be easy. I am so proud of this album from the ground up. These songs are very unique. James,DJ and myself feel we have topped ourselves but in the end you will be the ones who make that decision.”
Sixx added that the band has already agreed on the album title and artwork, but he’s not ready to announce those details at the moment. “The excitement is growing and things look great for us to play live at some point,” he added.
In other Nikki Sixx news, the bass player recently got his own line of sunglasses through BluBlocker. The Special Nikki Sixx Edition sunglasses cost $49.95 a pair and are currently available on the Blu Blocker website.
