Evanescence Frontwoman Amy Lee Welcomes Baby Boy
Evanescence’s Amy Lee is officially a mother
Congratulations to Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee, who just welcomed in her first baby, a baby boy named Jack. Lee broke the news by posting a photo on her official Instagram page of her holding her newborn son in the hospital, with the caption, “Our little cub, Jack Lion Hartzler, is here. I have never known the depths of my heart till now. The world just exploded into technicolor.”
Lee first dropped the news that she was pregnant back in January, stating, “OK, I can’t keep it a secret anymore — I’ve been working on a very special new project for 2014-A BABY! Josh and I are expecting! I’m so happy!”
According to People, Lee and her husband, therapist Josh Hartzler, welcomed their new baby on Thursday, July 24. Jack was born at 7:51 a.m. and weighed seven pounds and 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.
