Jack White Launching Secret $3 Tour
Jack White’s upcoming acoustic tour has some unique twists and turns
Jack White is keeping busy this month with a pair of Coachella gigs. After White wraps up his headlining performance at Coachella’s second weekend, he will hit the road on a short, acoustic tour through the five U.S. states left he hasn’t reached on his world tour to promote his most recent solo album, “Lazaretto.”
This is where it gets tricky. White is keeping the dates secret for now. Each stop will be announced at 8 a.m. local time the day of the show. Then, tickets will go on sale at the venue door beginning at noon. Tickets will run just $3 each and be limited to one per person. These gigs will also mark White’s first fully-acoustic concerts.
Following the acoustic run, White says he will be “taking a break from performing live for a long period of time.”
