Korn Release Details on 20th Anniversary Book
Korn’s career-spanning 20th anniversary book will arrive on Oct. 27
Korn are celebrating their two-decade anniversary with a special, hardcover, career-spanning photo book, and that book is coming soon. The nu-metal band has announced that the 300-page book, titled “Korn: Est. 1994,” will arrive on Oct. 27. Fans may pre-order “Korn: Est. 1994” via PledgeMusic.com.
“From the stage to the dressing room to the recording studio, you’ll have unlimited access to everything that went into the band’s career so far,” the band wrote of “Korn: Est. 1994.”
The release comes a bit late, as Korn’s influential self-titled debut album was released in 1994. This past year, the group has been performing the album in its entirety at concerts to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The final leg of the band’s 20th anniversary tour will wrap up on Oct. 30 in Oakland, California.
After the tour wraps up, Korn will start work on their new album, which they say should arrive in 2016. The album will mark the band’s follow-up to 2013’s “The Paradigm Shift,” which was the first Korn album since 2003’s “Take a Look in the Mirror” to feature original guitarist Brian “Head” Welch, who also makes Christian metal as a solo artist.
