Happy 15th birthday to Linkin Park’s ‘Hybrid Theory’ album

Linkin Park‘s groundbreaking debut album “Hybrid Theory” turned 15 in October. To celebrate the decade and a half mark, the guy are starting a new apparel line named XVLP. The new line will be in collaboration with a handful of other clothing brands, including A Bathing Ape, Brooklyn Projects and The Seventh Letter.

XVLP’s clothing offerings will “re-imagine and re-interpret the classic artwork of (Linkin Park’s) debut album ‘Hybrid Theory’ to create modern, limited-edition apparel pieces,” says a statement from Linkin Park.

The brand’s first collection will arrive on Tuesday (Nov. 3). Following that release, new pieces will debut during the month of November.

In other news, Linkin Park will commemorate another landmark later this month when they rock the 10th annual Relief Live, a benefit show for the group’s longstanding Music for Relief charity organization. The concert, set for Nov. 14 in Los Angeles, is sold-out, but those still hoping to attend can enter for a chance to score VIP tickets and meet the members of Linkin Park on the red carpet via Prizeo.com.
