Radiohead, New Order, Lorde + More Set for Coachella
The 2017 Coachella lineup features Radiohead, Beyonce and many more
Already, 2017 is starting out with a musical bang, at least when it comes to music festival announcements. One of the U.S.’s biggest festivals, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, is known for its big-named headliners playing under California’s sunny skies, and the 2017 lineup follows in that tradition.
Radiohead will headline the 2017 lineup of Coachella, in addition to singer Beyonce and rapper Kendrick Lamar. This is big news for fans of Thom Yorke and Radiohead, as the band has been rumored to do major touring in 2017, and this announcement only fuels that hope. Coachella 2017 will also feature performances from New Order, Lorde, Empire of the Sun, the xx, the Head and the Heat, Bastille, Phantogram, Local Natives, Travis Scott, Warpaint, Guided by Voices, Grouplove, Blossoms and Two Door Cinema Club, as well as many more.
Coachella 2017 will take place on two weekends, April 14 through 16 and April 21 through 23. Tickets go on sale today (Jan. 4), and they’re expected to sell out quickly.
