Switchfoot and Lifehouse Teaming for Summer Tour

Story by Anne Erickson
Summer will bring a big run of shows for Switchfoot and Lifehouse
Here’s a summer tour for fans of melodic pop-rock: Switchfoot and Lifehouse are teaming for a tour this summer. The two groups will set off on the Looking for Summer tour July 23 in Denver, Colorado, and stay on the road through a Sept. 10 gig in San Francisco. For full ticket details, visit the tour’s official website at LookingforSummerTour.com.
“We are amped to announce that we are going on tour with Lifehouse for the first time ever,” Switchfoot co-founder and vocalist Jon Foreman said in a statement. “We’re calling it the “Looking for Summer” Tour and we can’t wait to sing these songs with you.”
Switchfoot, one of Christian rock’s biggest names, will be on the road to promote their most recent studio album, 2016’s “Where the Light Shines Through.” Meanwhile, Lifehouse are touring behind their 2015 release, “Out of the Wasteland.”
Brynn Elliott will open every night of the tour.
