Tremonti Announces New Album, ‘A Dying Machine,’ to Arrive on Napalm
Tremonti, the solo band fronted by Alter Bridge and Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti, has announced the details of their highly-anticipated upcoming album. The album, which marks Tremoni’s fourth studio release, will be titled “A Dying Machine,” and arrive later this year via Napalm. A short video in which Tremonti announces the new album can be seen below.
“I’m really looking forward to partnering up with Napalm again after they did such an excellent job promoting Alter Bridge,” Tremonti says in a video announcement, which may be viewed below. “We are thrilled to work with Tremonti and are looking forward to a bright future with the upcoming releases!” added Thomas Caser, the managing director of Napalm Records.
“A Dying Machine” will mark Tremonti’s follow-up to their 2016 album, “Dust.” Meanwhile, Tremoni’s other band, Alter Bridge, recently tweeted out that they’re gunning to release their latest studio album in 2019. Tremoni’s Alter Bridge band mate, Myles Kennedy, will release his debut solo album, “Year of the Tiger,” on March 9.
In other Tremonti news, the band – which also features Eric Friedman on guitars and Garrett Whitlock on drums – has been confirmed for a major gig: providing direct support for Iron Maiden on the metal legand’s tour in Europe in July. Tremonti will also perform at a handful of major music festivals this year, including Carolina Rebellion, Lunatic Luau, Graspop Metal Meeting, Hellfest and Wacken Open Air.
