Five Finger Death Punch Announces New ‘F8’ Album, 2020 Tour
Five Finger Death Punch will kick off 2020 with a new album and lengthy arena tour
Five Finger Death Punch is closing the year with lots of music news. The Las Vegas hard rock band has announced that their eighth studio album, “F8,” will arrive on Feb. 28, and the guys will be touring extensively next year in support of the release. The band also released a heavy new track called “Inside Out,” which may be streamed below.
“We had an extremely successful, yet tumultuous couple of years as a band,” Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory said in a statement. “We didn’t just weather the storm but came out on the other side better than ever. It was a focused sober group recording, our most important album to date and without a question it shows. This album represents rebirth, progression, transcendence both personally and musically.”
Singer Ivan Moody added, “This record to me is ‘absolution’ – everything I’ve done in my life has led up to this moment.”
“F8” will feature 13 songs, plus three bonus tracks. Pre-orders are currently available here. Those who pre-order the new album will receive an instant download of the new single, “Inside Out,” as well as two additional songs. The new album will be available in a variety of packages, including CD, digital downloads, vinyl and picture discs.
Five Finger Death Punch has also announced a new round of tour dates, making it the second leg of their U.S. arena tour. The trek will feature support from Papa Roach, I Prevail and Ice Nine Kills.
