The 2021 Download Festival in the U.K. will feature some acts that were originally slated to perform in 2020, but a handful of new names

System of a Down, KISS and Biffy Clyro are slated to headline the U.K.’s Download Festival in 2021, set for June 4 through 6 at England’s Donington Park.

System of a Down and KISS are rescheduled headlining from Download 2020, which was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

“We’re disappointed we weren’t able to make it over this year, but we’re looking forward to next,” System of a Down bass player Shavo Odadjian said. “Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Mostly, we all just want to make sure everyone is provided with a safe and secure environment, so we were prepared to wait as long as we needed to.”

The rest of the 2021 Download Festival bill features Korn, Mastodon, Deftones, Korn, A Day to Remember, Volbeat, Rise Against, The Pretty Reckless, Gojira, Black Veil Brides, Killswitch Engage, The Distillers and Skillet, among others.

Many of the 2021 Download acts were slated to play in 2020, but there are some omissions, such as Iron Maiden, Disturbed and Babymetal. Organizers state more bands will be announced as the festival draws closer.
