The Pretty Reckless Release New Song, ’25’; Announce New Album
Listen to a new song from The Pretty Reckless, “25,” off the band’s upcoming new album, “Death by Rock and Roll”
After months of teasing, The Pretty Reckless have announced the details of the band’s upcoming new album, “Death by Rock and Roll.” The album, which marks the group’s fourth studio release, will hit stores on Feb. 12, 2021.
“Death by Rock and Roll” will feature the previously released title track, plus 11 additional original songs. The album will also feature some guest appearances, include a song called “Only Love Can Save Me Now,” which features Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil and Matt Cameron, and a track called “And So It Went,” featuring Tom Morello.
“After years of putting our blood sweat and tears into the recording I’m SO EXCITED for you all to hear it,” Momsen said in a statement regarding the album.
In addition to the album news, The Pretty Reckless have dropped the song “25” off “Death by Rock and Roll.” Listen to the track – which has an eerie, haunting vibe, much different from the band’s usual amped-up rock song – via the YouTube player below.
“Death by Rock and Roll” marks the band’s follow-up to 2016’s “Who You Selling For.” View the full track list for “Death by Rock and Roll” below.
