Bret Michaels, Sebastian Bach and Lita Ford to Perform at Radical Sabbatical Virtual Concert
Radical Sabbatical will offer a virtual concert packed with ’80s acts, including Bret Michaels, Sebastian Bach and Lita Ford
With concerts are still on hold for the foreseeable future, virtual shows and festivals have offered a welcomed blast of live music from the comfort of music fans’ homes. Now, Sebastian Bach, Bret Michaels and Lita Ford are among the acts scheduled to perform at the upcoming Radical Sabbatical virtual experience, set for Jan. 30.
The festival promises a full day of ’80s-themed bands and performances, as well as games, arts, prizes and activities. For example, the festival will offer cooking and Mixology Madness segments, an ’80s-based aerobics class and costume contests for adults and children. The kids’ costume contest will offer a handful of prizes, including an American Girl doll.
As for the performers, Michaels will perform his greatest hits such as “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” and “Talk Dirty to Me” from his home studio. Back will stage four “Vinyl Wino” segments and pair his favorite wines with music. Kenny Loggins will present “a performance that spans the decades.” Grandmaster Flash will air a documentary, “Birth of a Culture.” Famed ’80s photographer and author Mark Weiss will run a Q&A session surrounding his book, “The Decade That Rocked.” Songwriters Jim Peterik of Survivor and Cathy Richardson of Jefferson Starship will also participate in a Storytellers session.

Festival passes for Radical Sabbatical, which is slated to run a full eight hours, begin at $99.80. Several bundle packages are also available, including a package with four bottles of wine, two of which will be featured in Sebastian Bach’s Vinyl Wino segments. The “I Want It All” package offering all the extras, including Bach’s wine flight, cookbooks, a signed copy of Weiss’ book, “The Decade that Rocked,” and more.
