Shinedown are back on the road later this year with The Struts and Zero 9:36

Shinedown will make their big return to the road this fall with a handful of headlining tour dates. The band’s fall run will set off Sept. 10 in Newark, New Jersey, and run through an Oct. 9 date in Orlando, Florida.

The trek, according to a release, will offer Shinedown’s “biggest, most eye-popping production yet.” The Struts and Zero 9:36 will open on select dates.

Tickets for the newly announced dates go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. local venue time Friday (May 21) via Ticketmaster. Fan club pre-sale starts Tuesday (May 18) at 10 a.m. local time, and venue and radio pre-sale starts Wednesday (May 19) at 10 a.m. local time. For more information, head to www.shinedown.com.

“Our number one priority has and will always be the safety of our audience,” Shinedown vocalist Brent Smith said in a statement. “We are elated to finally be able to announce the return of live music. We want to thank all of the fans/family for their patience and understanding over the course of the last year and a half. We know the power of music, and song is what brings us together and unites us all.”

Meanwhile, Smith & Myers – the duo featuring Smith and Shinedown guitarist Zach Myers – hit the road last weekend on an intimate run in support of their new double album, “Smith & Myers Volume 1 & Volume 2,” out now via Atlantic Records. As the tour continues, it will follow all COVID-19 safety protocols for each state.
