Pantera, Lamb of God Announce North American Tour Dates

Pantera are back in a major way, as the new incarnation of the band has a lengthy tour up ahead

The new incarnation of Pantera have announced a lengthy North American tour. The heavy metal band will hit the road this summer on a slate of headlining dates, with Lamb of God serving as direct support.

The tour sets off July 28 in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, and runs through a Sept. 15 show in Bristow, Virginia. This tour is on top of the band’s previously announced 2023-2024 dates supporting Metallica.

Tickets for the newly announced gigs will go on sale to the general public starting Friday (Jan. 27) via Ticketmaster, with a Live Nation pre-sale starting Thursday (Jan. 26) using the code SOUND. Tickets will also be available via StubHub. For more tour information, visit Pantera’s website.

Pantera’s lineup for their upcoming shows includes classic members Philip Anselmo on vocals and Rex Brown on bass along with guitarist Zakk Wylde, filling in for the late Dimebag Darrell, and drummer Charlie Benante, filling in for the late Vinnie Paul. The band played their first show in 21 years back in December 2022, performing a string of Latin American concerts and festivals.
