Puscifer to Embark on U.S. and European Tour

Puscifer have shifted the release date of their new album, “Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired”
Puscifer will hit the road in 2023 and tour the U.S. and Europe, with support from Night Club. The U.S. tour starts May 18 with a festival appearance at Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, Florida. From there, the outfit performs a handful of solo headlining dates, closing out June 3 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Then, Maynard James Keenan and the crew will embark on a European tour, kicking off June 10 in Dublin, Ireland, and running through a July 7 show in Madrid, Spain. In addition to the tour announcement, Puscifer announced that their new album, “Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired,” will arrive on March 31 via Puscifer Entertainment/Alchemy Recordings/BMG. The group has also released the video for Carina Round’s re-interpretation of the “Existential Reckoning” track “A Singularity,” which will be included on “Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired.”
Keenan directed the music video, which is a heartfelt memoriam to his dog, MiHo. He explained, “On Oct. 7, 2021, I lost my Muse. Deadly Little MiHo lost her 2 year battle with pancreatitis and kidney disease. We thought we lost her in late 2019, so I panicked and wrote her this song. We were certain she was done for. But we were blessed with a second chance and a bit more time.”
He added, “I rarely share things like this. Too painful. But this one can’t be kept bottled up. As I have mentioned before, she has been hiding in most of my vocal tracks since 2005. She was either in or near the vocal booth every time I tracked. Her sigh, her bark, sniffle, sneeze. Her jingling collar. Her squeaky toys. Usually poorly timed.”
