“Live at the O2 Arena” drops on Sept. 8, and the guys are currently on a tour through Europe. In August, they’ll head back to the U.S. for a headlining tour and a few festival dates. The guys also recently wrapped up a U.S. run with In Flames.
Tremonti recently spoke with Audio Ink Radio about “The Last Hero” and his guitar philosophy when writing and recording the set.
“I always try to bring something new and different than I’ve done in the past as much as I can,” Tremonti said. “I try to be as emotive as possible and as dynamic as possible.” He added that he’s grateful for Alter Bridge’s loyal fans: “It’s got a crazy, die-hard following, and more people are coming out to the shows.”
