Linkin Park is celebrating the 20-year milestone for their “Hybrid Theory” record by posting live footage from their early years

Linkin Park has been sharing special footage from their archives as the 20th anniversary of their landmark debut album, “Hybrid Theory,” nears. Now, the rap-rockers have posted a pair of 2001 live videos that haven’t been shared in years.

The footage features performances of the Hybrid Theory tracks “With You” and “Runaway,” filmed live at Canes Bar & Grill in San Diego, California. This was one of Linkin Park’s earliest shows, so it’s interesting to see them perform in such a small venue, compared to the areas they would eventually rock.

The footage shows late frontman Chester Bennington performing alongside longtime Linkin Park members Mike Shinoda, Joe Hahn and Dave “Phoenix” Farrell.

“Hybrid Theory” will celebrate its 20-year anniversary October. The album was credited for making Linkin Park one of the biggest rock bands in the world, thanks to chart-topping radio hits such as “In the End,” “One Step Closer” and “Papercut.”

As the anniversary approaches, Linkin Park is asking fans to send in everything from photos to ticket stubs to videos from the “Hybrid Theory” days. To submit your “Hybrid Theory” memory, head to LinkinPark.com/FanSubmission.
