Godsmack Releases Video for ‘Unforgettable’ Featuring 400 Students

Watch Godsmack’s new music video for “Unforgettable” featuring more than 400 students from Gilbert H. Hood Middle School in Derry, New Hampshire

Godsmack has debuted a moving music video for “Unforgettable,” a song off the group’s latest studio album, 2018’s “When Legends Rise.” Watch the full video below.

The video features footage of more than 400 students from Gilbert H. Hood Middle School in Derry, New Hampshire, many of whom contributed vocals to the song, “Unforgettable.” The clip stars with different students talking about why they love music and wraps up with a live performance from Sully Erna and the guys of Godsmack at New Hampshire’s SNHU Arena.

“We took these middle school students on a two-year long journey to show them how important music truly is to us all,” frontman Sully Erna said in a statement.

He added, “Throughout 2018, we continued to include these kids in all aspects of the process by showing up at their school and personally teaching them the song, including them to join a part of our world tour inviting them to perform live onstage with us, taking them to NYC to further educate them on the business side of the music industry, visiting them at their schools to talk to them about the gift of music, and ultimately inviting them to shoot their first ‘official music video’ with the band.”
