Blink-182 Announce First Album with Tom DeLonge in More Than a Decade

The guys of Blink-182 are back with “ONE MORE TIME…”

Blink-182 have returned with their first album with Tom DeLonge, the band’s founding guitarist, in more than a decade. The album, called “ONE MORE TIME…,” will mark their ninth record and arrive on Oct. 20. The album’s first single, the title track, is also expected to drop on Thursday (Sept. 21).

The band wrote and recorded “ONE MORE TIME…” during their current reunion tour, according to a press release. Drummer Travis Barker produced the set, which features “themes of tragedy, triumph, and most importantly, brotherhood.” All in all, those sound like appropriate themes for a band back together after years apart. Furthermore, the album will feature 17 songs, including the single “Edging,” which dropped late in 2022.

“ONE MORE TIME…” is available for pre-order in a variety of formats, including CD, limited edition cassette and multiple vinyl variants. In other news, Blink-182 have spent much of this year on their ongoing world tour, marking their first run back with DeLonge. At the start of September, the band was forced to postpone some European tour dates so that Barker could help his wife Kourtney Kardashian deal with an “urgent fetal surgery.” Moreover, the band kicked off their 2023 tour with a last-minute appearance at Coachella 2023. Moreover, right now, the tour is slated to run through spring 2024.

“ONE MORE TIME…” marks Blink-182’s follow-up to 2019’s “NINE” and, as aforementioned, their first album with Tom DeLonge in years. Further, that album ended up being the final release with Matt Skiba, who was replacing DeLonge, in the fold. Before then, DeLonge played with the group on 2011’s “Neighborhoods.”
