RED, P.O.D., Papa Roach, Puddle of Mudd, Buckcherry on 2011 Rock Allegiance Tour
Fall rock tour features RED, Papa Roach, P.O.D., More
Summer just began, but it’s not too premature to start thinking about fall tours. One trek that packs a lot of bang is the 2011 Rock Allegiance Tour, featuring Papa Roach, Buckcherry, P.O.D., RED, Puddle of Mudd, Crossfade and Drive A. The tour sets of Aug. 24 in Grand Prairie, Texas, and continues through Sept. 25 in Sacramento, Calif. More dates are expected to drop, as well.
P.O.D. fans– get in on this one. The reggae-rockers are M.I.A. no longer, first making an appearance at 2011’s Rock on the Range and now booking their first national tour in years. It’s high time those infectious, hip-hop grooves made their way back into the modern rock contingent.
For Buckcherry singer Josh Todd, the gig means spending time with buddies.
“Buckcherry is ready to join forces with our friends Papa Roach, Puddle of Mudd, P.O.D., RED, Crossfade and Drive A for some fun in the sun that doesn’t stress your wallet,” Todd said in a statement. “Come out and rock with us–we’ll make it a summer you’ll never forget!”
RED is currently touring to promote their album, Faceless. Listen to their current, hard-hitting single, “Feed the Machine.”
