Chevelle will hit the road this summer on a tour to promote their latest album, ‘La Gargola’

Chevelle recently released their new album, “La Gargola,” and managed to top the charts, with the album debuted at No. 1 on both of the active and alternative rock Billboard charts. Even with the new tunes, the band has chosen to stay away from touring, because drummer Sam Loeffler and his wife have a new baby boy in toe.

Pretty soon, though, Chevelle will be on the road in support of “La Gargola” for a lengthy summer jaunt. Following two May festival shows at Rock on the Range in Columbus, Ohio, and Bluefest in Niceville, Fla., the band will hit the road in June for two dozen shows, most of which will take place in June and July.

Chevelle’s current single off “La Gargola,” “Take Out the Gunman,” is No. 1 on the Nielsen BDS mainstream rock radio chart for a third week.
