Here’s where to check out AFI live in 2017
AFI recently announced news of an upcoming album, “AFI (The Blood Album),” and now, the gothic guys are confirming details of a full-fledged tour behind the new tunes. AFI will kick off their upcoming North American headlining tour Jan. 20, starting with a small-scale record release show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, and then hit the road on the main trek beginning Jan. 21 in Oakland. In other news, AFI has also let loose a new track from “AFI (The Blood Album)” named “Aurelia,” which is currently available for download via iTunes. The release of “Aurelia” follows the band’s previously released songs “Snow Cats” and “White Offerings,” which will both appear on “AFI (The Blood Album).” The new album will arrive in full on Jan. 20.
AFI’s last studio album was 2013’s “Burials,” and Davey Havok and company have been rocking it since the early ’90s.
