Listen to a new song from Apocalyptica, “Talk to Me,” featuring vocalist from Lzzy Hale of Halestorm

Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale appears as a guest vocalist on a new song from Apocalyptica called “Talk to Me.”

According to the Finnish cello-based metal group, Apocalyptica has been wanting to work with Hale for a while.

“After years of friendship we are more than happy to release a song together with the amazing Lzzy of Halestorm!” says Apocalytpica’s Eicca Toppinen. “This song has been in our minds for quite some time and we have been waiting for the right moment to finish it, and getting Lzzy to join us and perform in her outstanding way was a dream come true!”

“I’m so excited for the world to hear this song!” Hale added. “Thank you so much to the entire Apocalyptica camp for being a part of our family all these years and for including me in this project!”

“Talk to Me” is available now via digital outlets.

In other news, Halestorm recently released a new EP called “Reimagined,” offering a bevy of re-recorded versions of songs from throughout the band’s career, as well as a cover of the Whitney Houston song “I Will Always Love You.” Hale also lends her voice to the new Evanescence song, “Use My Voice.”
