Static-X and Sevendust Tour Dates: The bands will continue their “Machine Killer” tour in 2024, with support from Dope and Lines of Loyalty

Two mainstays of the late-1990s and early-2000s heavy music world, Static-X and Sevendust, announced a February 2024 North American co-headlining tour. This is actually a new leg of their 2023 tour, which is set to kick off in Houston, Texas, in early October. This time around, Static-X and Sevendust will bring Dope once again along for the ride, as well as support from Lines of Loyalty.

The 2024 leg of the tour sets off Feb. 1 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and goes through a Feb. 27 gig in Newport, Kentucky. Meanwhile, Static-X and Sevendust’s 2023 tour will also keep the bands on the road from a Houston, Texas, show on Oct. 6 through a date in Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 1. Both tour legs are part of the bands’ joint “Machine Killer” tour. The trek’s name refers to Static-X’s sophomore album, “Machine,” and Sevendust’s most recent studio album, “Truth Killer,” so it’s very nostalgic. Moreover, Static-X will also be releasing a new album, “Project Regeneration: Vol 2,” on Nov. 3rd.

Dope are on the road in support of their 2023 album, “Blood Money Part Zer0.” Vocalist Edsel Dope recently told Audio Ink Radio that he believes “Blood Money Part Zer0” will mark Dope’s last full-length record. Instead, he wants to focus on singles, stating, “I feel like we’re living in more of a singles model where fans will appreciate getting more consistent content from me rather than waiting such long periods of time to complete full-length albums.” He added that, “I’ll be just fine if I never release another full-length album as long as I live.”
