Atoms for Peace frontman Thom York wants to make sure fans correctly spell the band’s latest song

Atoms for Peace frontman Thom York wants to make sure fans know how to correctly spell the name of one of his new songs.

Recently, a new tune from Atoms for Peace — Yorke side project that brings together the Radiohead singer with Red Hot Chili Peppers bass player Flea, Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, percussionist Mauro Refosco and drummer Joey Waronker — made its way online called “Magic Beans.” Fans started buzzing about the song online, and pretty soon, Yorke chimed in via his official Twitter account to clear up the misspelling of the song. Here’s his tweet:

The jury is still out as to whether or not “Magic Beanz” will appear on Atoms for Peace’s next album or be offered as a B-side at some point.

In other Atoms for Peace news, the band will be playing a handful of European music festivals this summer before the guys set off on a North American tour.
