Seether Post New Song Teaser
Seether are expected to release their latest album later this year
Seether have been hard at work on a new album, and they’re closing in on the end of the recording process. To tie fans over, the band has released a short video teaser of a new song off the upcoming release. Watch the 15-second clip below.
The upcoming album is likely to drop sooner rather than later, as the band recently tweeted out the news that the set is “scheduled for release later this year.” Seether have yet to announce a title for the upcoming, sixth studio release.
Seether drummer John Humphrey previously told Audio Ink Radio that he thinks the band improves each year. “I think with each album, we get a little better at songwriting,” he said. “I think our time on the road and the hours we put in have helped us become better musicians.”
Seether’s last release, 2011’s “Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray,” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, with Nielsen SoundScan reporting 61,000 copies sold its debut week out.
