Five Finger Death Punch to Tour with Country Act Brantley Gilbert
Five Finger Death Punch are teaming with some country acts for a fall North American trek
Are the guys of Five Finger Death Punch going country? Perhaps there’s a little truth to that, as the hard rock act has announced a fall co-headlining North American tour with country rocker Brantley Gilbert and special guest Cory Marks.
This isn’t Five Finger and Gilber’s first outing together. The two artists covered “Blue on Black” back in 2019 and toured then, as well. The cover also featured Queen guitarist Brian May and the song’s original artist, Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Proceeds raised from the track went to The Gary Sinise Foundation, which aids first responders.
The upcoming tour will set off in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Nov. 9, and run through a Dec. 17 show in Five Finger Death Punch’s hometown of Las Vegas. The band will also release their new album, “Afterlife,” on Friday (Aug. 19).
Tickets for the newly announced trek go on sale to the general public beginning Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. local time via Five Finger Death Punch’s website. Five Finger Death Punch is also on tour with Megadeth, The Hu and Fire From the Gods from Aug. 19 through Oct. 15.
