Seether, Godsmack, Skillet, Buckcherry and More to Play 2014 Uproar Festival

The 2014 Uproar Festival will feature two stages of rock talent, including Seether, Godsmack, Skillet and Buckcherry

The Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival is back this summer, and unlike last year’s alternative-minded lineup of acts such as Jane’s Addiction and Middle Class Rut, the 2014 bill features lots of hard rock. Godsmack, Seether, Skillet, Buckcherry, Pop Evil, Escape the Fate, Redlight King, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason, New Medicine and Sons of Revelry are among the bands announced for the upcoming festival, which runs through North American in August and September.

The festival will kick off Aug. 15 at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, Mich., and wrap up Sept. 12 at White River Ampitheatre in Auburn, Wash. Tickets for most Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival shows will go on sale this Friday (June 20).

As always, the Uproar Festival will offer two stages, the Uproar Main Stage and Festival Stage, as well as a concourse midway featuring vendors, band autograph signings and other activities. The festival got its start back in 2010 and is showing no signs of slowing on this fifth anniversary.
