The Red Blooded Rock N Roll Redneck Extravaganza tour will keep Kid Rock on the road this summer and fall

Detroit rocker-turned-country boy Kid Rock released a new album last year, “Sweet Southern Sugar,” and he’s heading back on the road to support the new tunes this year. The Kid will hit a handful of North American cities this summer and fall on the Red Blooded Rock N Roll Redneck Extravaganza tour, performing both new tunes and Kid Rock classics such as “Cowboy,” “I Am the Bullgod” and “Only God Knows Why.”

The tour will set off Aug. 3 in Bangor, Maine, and run through an Oct. 13 date in West Palm Beach, Florida. Country singer-songwriter Brantley Gilbert will open on select dates of the trek. Tickets for the Red Blooded Rock N Roll Redneck Extravaganza tour will go on sale to the general public starting Friday (April 13). For information about the tour and tickets, visit KidRock.com.

Kid Rock released “Sweet Southern Sugar,” which marked his 11th studio album, in November of last year, and Kid Rock kicked off the album cycle with a multi-night residency at the new Little Caesars Arena in his hometown of Detroit. “Sweet Southern Sugar” entered the Billboard 200 albums chart at No. 8.
