Alice in Chains Announce 2018 Summer Tour Dates

Grunge vets Alice in Chains have announced a new batch of North American tour dates. The fresh shows encompass a summer and early fall tour kicking off Aug. 22 in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada and running through a Sept. 15 show in Phoenix. Not only can Alice in Chains fans anticipate these upcoming shows, but they can also look forward to new music. According to a press release, vocalist and guitarist Jerry Cantrell, drummer Sean Kinney, bassist Mike Inez and vocalist and guitarist William DuVall are “putting the finishing touches” on a new album, which will mark the follow-up to 2013’s “The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here.” That album, which featured the singles “Stone” and “Hollow,” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Chart and No. 1 on a plethora of other Billboard rock and alternative charts.

Alice in Chains’ upcoming album, their third with lead vocalist William DuVall, will arrive sometime this year.

Alice in Chains also have a batch of spring North Americna tour dates, which were announced earlier this this, beginning April 28 in Boston.
