Wolfgang Van Halen and Mammoth WVH to tour with Nita Strauss
Mammoth WVH, the rock band fronted by Wolfgang Van Halen, has announced a fall 2023 headlining North American tour. The trek will feature support from one of the most popular guitarists of the moment, Nita Strauss of Alice Cooper’s band.
The new tour dates will begin Nov. 4 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and continue through a Dec. 9 date in Los Angeles. A Live Nation pre-sale starts Wednesday (July 19) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster using the code LEGEND. Meanwhile, general sales start on Friday (July 21). This year is a busy one of Mammoth WVH. In addition to the headlining shows dates, the band it hitting the road with Alter Bridge later this year and serving as direct support for Metallica on their massive run. The band also spent some time on the road this spring. All of the touring is in support of the band’s latest album, “Mammoth II,” which is due out on Aug. 4. The album, as with the band’s previous release, will see Wolfgang singing and playing all of the instruments on every track of the record.
Meanwhile, Nita Strauss recently released her latest solo album, “The Call of the Void.” She’s also touring as Alice Cooper’s guitarist this summer. In addition, the guitarist recently got engaged to her longtime boyfriend.
